I used Precision in 2015 for new springs and have had no problems since. The tech explained that our machine had shorted out and had to be replaced. He was very professional and informative and had our new lift master up and running in a short space of time.

Vincent was punctual, personable, knowledgeable & courteous. I had Percision install my garage door & wireless keypad 4 years ago & was happy with their work. The wireless keypad had to be replaced (battery Wire broke). I called at 4 p.m. & by 11 a.m. the next day replaced with a smile!! I will definitely use them & request Vincent again! He wore a mask & gloves!
