Original sales rep promised the selected garage door within a specific time frame, 2 weeks later we found out he was no longer with the company. New sales rep came with a much longer time frame, almost double. When the office was contacted, we were promised a much closer date to the original time frame but the delivery and installation turned out to be much longer. During installation, the installers stayed late, this was a construction site, when they left, we received a call just saying a number from the installer, wanting immediate payment without having the opportunity to inspect the work. When we asked the installers if they closed everything up, they assured us that that they left the site secure. About an hour later when we drove to the site, everything was open, the doors were left open, windows, everything. They basically packed up their tools and walked out. So why did they assure us everything was closed up and secure? We have used this company before, but never again. They seem to forget there are other garage door companies around. Pass on this company if you are thinking of using them.

Our community selected Precision as the go to company for our garage doors. We did so because the other companies we interviewed either didn't really care, they were too expensive and they were not as throughout in following up. We care about customer service and we have had several doors installed in our community and there is only one cosmetic issue with one. It's not operational thing, strictly cosmetic as I mentioned. Its the way a molding was installed over the garage itself. I was reassure they would correct it as Adam who installed my door said that was not right. In any event, Adam was punctual and after the installation he explained everything. The Hurricane doors need a little extra attention for lubricating hinges and arms that connect to the wheels every 3 months or so. Everything was clearly explained and this install could not have gone smoother.

They were on-time for appointments and guided us every step of the way: through the buying process, took care of the permits, and did a great job of installing the new door. Then our installer, Logan, walked us step-by step through the proper care and maintenance of the new door. He took the time to answer all of our questions. We only had the door installed today but it certainly seems to be high quality.

I was hesitant to call a garage door company, as big as precision, because you never know what your going to get. Sometimes they don’t have the best interest of the customer. Well, a gentleman named Kenneth came by today, and really took the time to explain everything to me regarding my options for my repair. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, patient. I never post comments like this. (Mostly because I don’t have time as I am always chasing my kids around) I am very happy with the service from beginning to end. I called precision about a broken door, and less than 24 hours later it’s working again. The price was very reasonable as well. Thanks You so much.

I found you on Angie's List, and I was VERY pleased with everything Precision did! Jerry Cunningham made the initial visit, and I was struck by his friendliness and professional thoroughness. No pressure to purchase a new door, but Jerry emailed me a quote, which I thought was fair. Adam and his team of installers arrived just when they said they would, and promptly got to work.
