Kyle was my technician. Upon arrival he was friendly and listen to my concerns, upon walking out to the garage he noticed the problem right away and explained the situation, pointing each issue out to me. He allowed me time to get in contact with my husband regarding the need for repair and then went to work. He finished in a timely manner and then pointed out all the repairs for me and gave me his contact info, in case my husband had any questions for him.

The tech that came to my house was on time, polite and knowledgeable. The only problem I had was that they did not honor the $20 coupon for a remote control from their own website. Such disigenuous ads reflect poorly on a company that otherwise would have been a totally positive experience.
