Last week I had 2 springs put on my garage door, and I was given a total quote for the spring repair. I mentioned to the girl in customer service that it was a 2 car garage door, and she mentioned to me that the 2 springs needed to be replaced, so I asked her for a total price including service and after the service was done, my daughter called me that it was double the price. The girl never mentioned that the quote was per spring. I was disappointing that I was misinformed.

Not only did he have wonderful interpersonal skills, he also had so much knowledge regarding the problem I was having with my opener, AND explained things to me in terms I could understand. It began with your on the phone representative who scheduled the appointment, then your in the field representative who first called to confirm he was on his way and, then once at my home, explained what needed to be done and how he would do it in timely fashion.
