This is my second service with this company. The first was the purchase of new springs for one of my doors and a keypad. This time was due to loud noise on one of my doors and a programo g mishap on a door. I must say this company‘s customer service is impeccable. They were able to assist me within a day or so! Once again, Precision Door came to my rescue. My garage door would not open when I tried to leave for work in the morning, so I manually opened it and called Precision Door. This is part 1 of 2 reviews that I will be giving. The first was for a spring repair. I researched door companies and bar far this is the best. Thank you to all previous reviewers. Mike was my repair tech. Mike arrived within the scheduled window. He was friendly, knowledgeable and fast. During the repair, I asked for a quote on a new door, he was well equipped to provide an estimate on the spot along with all the information about the product to be used. I agreed to replacing the door. I would/will recommend this company to anyone for their door repair needs. Currently my door is in manufacturing, however, Samantha from the office has started her weekly communications process up until the installation. Keeping apprised of each step is important to me.
