Hi there! My name is Rony! I’m from the Bronx, NY however, I’ve been in South Florida since I was 4 years old. I am a die-hard fan of the New York Yankees and the Miami Heat, I married my high school sweetheart in 2008 and we have a bunch of beautiful children. If I’m not at work, I am spending time with my big family. Working at Precision has taught be a lot and I look forward to delivering the best service possible.

After THE MOST HORRIFIC TWO-DAY EXPERIENCE with Mr. Fix It Garage Door Services, complete with the technicians leaving the job in the middle and never returning, to me texting to re-schedule for the next morning only to have no one show up, to me then calling them and demanding that they resolve this today as their level of service was unacceptable, to “Mike” taking two hours to get to my house only to get into a verbal altercation w/my fiancé, pack up his tools and all equipment, get into his van and drive away!!!???? Precisión Door Service of South Florida came thru the very same day - - within hours of my call - - w/top of the line CUSTOMER SERVICE as well as over all OUTSTANDING service for my garage door!!! My AMAZING TECHNICIAN Rony called me ONE HOUR ahead of our scheduled appointment to let me know that he could come right now, and even arrived at my house before I did!!! He was kind, professional, and installed my garage door within the time that he said he would! He even went above & beyond by installing my new garage lights that I had just purchased and was just about to attempt to put in myself!!! Talk about night & day experiences!!! Based on Rony’s recommendations, I will be calling them in a few short weeks again, as well as in the future for all of my garage door service needs!!! I will also definitely be referring them to everyone that I know!!!

My experience with Precision has been great to date. I called and received an appointment the same day, Technician Rony C called ahead and arrived on time. He was very polite and pleasantly explained the options and the associated costs that I could choose from. I chose to replace the garage door and am in the early stages of getting the installation done. Once the installation is complete I will update my experience.

Precision deserves 5 stars for sure! I was fed up with our garage door issues and called Precision. I was given a window of 1-5 and Rony arrived right at the start of the window. He was very knowledgeable and trustworthy. He made our door work perfectly, set us up with new openers and resolved car programming issues. Rony also serviced our door so it sounded so much better than before. I'm very pleased with the service that Precision provided!

5 stars When calling for the appointment, the girl was very thorough with what my service was going to entail, then went over all my information to make sure all was accurate. Rony, our tech, called ahead to inform me of his arrival time and then showed on time. He explained my options and quoted a proposal.
