My garage door seemed unresponsive to the remote
door opener. I wasn't anle to close the door. I was concerned that this would turn into an expensive repair since the door was fairly old.
Tim spotted the problem in two minutes.

He was confident and knowledgeable and very professional and I loved how he took the time to show & explain everything to me!!! I feel confident that my door is going to work for years to come and I appreciate his honesty & patience & attention to detail! Good work Tim and thank you!!!! I originally called Precision because of a coupon that was in a mailer which BTW didn't apply to the services I had done but Tim was kind enough to tell me about another 10% off coupon that could be applied which is one reason we went ahead and had him do the work so thank you again Tim! Don't forget to give him a raise! :)
