Our garage door opener broke on a Sunday, but we were able to contact Precision Door Service that same day and schedule a visit for the following Monday. We were certain we would need to replace the entire opener. Jeremy, our technician, arrived as scheduled, evaluated the problem, recommended a course of action and then did the necessary repairs. We did not need a new opener, but simply a replacement of some parts which should have been changed when the door was installed. So we were pleasantly surprised at the resolution. Can't say enough for both the company and for Jeremy. I know if I encounter any problem in the future, who I most certainly will call. Jeremy is a credit to Precision as well. Great experience - will not hesitate to recommend to anyone needing service.

My garage door broke on a Saturday mid to early afternoon. I called a couple of repair places, including the big name Broten, and not only was their labor more expensive, they couldn't come out until Tuesday. I called Precision and from the first phone call, the people were so pleasant and their rates were reasonable. They were able to send someone out the very next afternoon. I had a very pleasant experience with Precision garage door. I had Jeremy as my Technician and he came out to see if my existing very old unit was compatible with a wireless remote.
