After THE MOST HORRIFIC TWO-DAY EXPERIENCE with Mr. Fix It Garage Door Services, complete with the technicians leaving the job in the middle and never returning, to me texting to re-schedule for the next morning only to have no one show up, to me then calling them and demanding that they resolve this today as their level of service was unacceptable, to “Mike” taking two hours to get to my house only to get into a verbal altercation w/my fiancé, pack up his tools and all equipment, get into his van and drive away!!!???? I called on Saturday night and got appointment on Sunday morning. Technician, Tony Cabral, called ahead and arrived on time. He was very helpful in evaluating the appropriate door opener for the features I need. He was very courteous and completed the work in the time he stated. He programmed the remotes and made sure I understood all the features of the door opener. I would definitely recommend Precision to my friends.

I had a problem with my door opener - it would open but wouldn't close via the various remotes. I called this morning and a tech (Nathan) was out to my house early afternoon.
