Did a Great Job! Called to let me know he was running late. Started a job on Friday night at 5:45 and stayed until 8:00 to get it finished. Very professional and left everything very clean. Would definitely recommend.

I called on Thursday and made an appointment for Friday. David called and asked if he could come early and I agreed. He arrived promptly and after looking at my garage door he gave me an excellent explanation of the problems. He also provided me with several options. The work was done professionally and promptly. He and his assistant were very friendly and knowledgeable. If any other problems develop with my garage door I will definitely use Precision again.

Precision was there when I needed them. My garage door broke on a friday at 4pm and I called Precision Door and there were able to get to me first thing Saturday morning. They were professional and affordable and got my doors working again.

This company is the worst! They have no idea what they are doing! Nobody responds to anything with this company. They use a caller or dispatch service and no one can get in touch with anybody. Most of their tecks Have no idea what is going on. I have had many calls to talk to the owner and no one will respond. They say they will call you back and never do! Beware of this company and I suggest you do not use them.

My garage door spring broke Sat night and Sunday morning I saw your ad in a magazine and was happy to see that you don't charge extra for weekends and holidays. That made me call you in the first place. I was given an appt Sunday between 9am and 11am. Your technician Ken called on his way, and he arrived right on time.
