Kyle came to my house this morning. I had called for service earlier today. Excellent customer service. Kyle was knowledgeable and explained my options. I chose to rebuild the door because of its age. In addition to the springs he installed new quiet rollers, cable and drum. I called Precision because of their advertisement in The Home Mag as well as another home magazine. An excellent company to do business with.
