We have been having trouble with the garage door. Called Precision and made the appointment for the next day scheduled between 11;30 and 1:30. The technician, Ken, called and advised us that he would be running late. Upon arrival, he was very well mannered. He fixed the garage door and adjusted it until we were happy. Highly recommended!

Your technicians appear to be qualified, and certainly were comfortable to communicate with. A return trip to replace a defective spring which you installed is another matter. Where is your quality control? A return trip not only inconveniences your customer (a PR cost), but it costs you three times!

Jeff was fantastic! Very knowledgeable and extremely patient. A great guy to have on Precision’s team to talk to customers who know absolutely nothing about garage doors. He helped us feel comfortable in the decisions we needed to make with regards to our garage door (what we thought was a simple and quick to fix problem is actually a much larger problem with a more expensive fix). He helped explain things thoroughly and didn’t make us feel stupid. I had a cable break one evening and called the next day for repair. They offered to send someone that day but I requested Jeff who had helped me previously. It was his day off so he came the following day. Replaced both drums and cables (14 years old) and got the door working great. Another prompt, professional performance. We decided to have the complete repair as the door is 17+ years old and is used several times a day. To date it has served us well but we'll need it for several more years.
