Absolutely, garage door wouldn’t open on a Saturday night and the cars were inside. I called previously used door company and no response till next day, Ken had the job completed already. My call to Precision was answered immediately as noted 24/7. I was advised that I could get a Tech. Between 8 to 10 AM next morning, Mischelle, great person on the phone. The Tech., Ken and called and advised that he was on his way and actually arrived slightly early ???? He spelled out the problem and noted my options. At all times he very professional, courteous and was concerned with my situation Unfortunately, when incidents occur it costs money, but in this situation being able to go to the internet and come up with Precision is an awesome experience., Usually doesn’t always happen that way! !
