The garage dor was installed satisfactorily. However after there was an issue with failure to make a permit appointment when promised, causing me lost days from work. Very unfortunate. My time is valuable too.

Very disappointed. When i called, i was told the technician would have ALL size springs with him, none costing more than $189 per. When the technician arrives, he determines that it is a "commercial" door. He has to go find the correct spring and then tells me the cost is almost DOUBLE the quote. Although he was polite, that is totally unacceptable!

Our tech Jeremy was on time, very professional and really good at repairs. My garage door is old fashioned wood, really heavy and was noisy as heck. A cable broke and caused the service call. Great service! William kept me informed of his schedule before he arrived and did excellent work on my door. He installed a new kit, with springs, belt, rollers & electronic unit. (My door & rails were o.k.) He did a great job. My door was on the chain system so was very noisy when it was working. It is now so quiet, I don't have to worry about waking up the neighbors when I open it. One of my neighbors stopped by to see the work William had done so I'm sure he will be contacting Precision too. I have already recommended Precision to a friend of mine, who has a broken door so she probably will be calling too. William even brought cookies for my doxie! All in all, a great experience.
