Alex who was my technician provided a professional and courteous service. He took the time to explain and offer insightful advice. I took a star not due to Alex but the pricing, which was high to fix the issue; without any parts replacement. (also the price was higher than another major competitor with similar level of service, which I used in the past). I would definitely reconsider and recommend Precision in the future because of experienced technicians like Alex.

I am kicking myself for not taking care of this service before...and for not calling Precious before! My tech Alex called 10 minutes before he arrived...early on a Saturday morning...I had the rest of the day free! He knew exactly what the problem was, took care of it professionally and quickly...and was on his way. I chose Precision based on reviews on the web, it was the right decision. Alex arrived within the time frame first promised. He called ahead of time and was very pleasant. He did a thorough inspection and found a dangerously frayed cable, as well as the broken springs. I chose to replace the cables and averted another expensive repair, had the cable snapped. The additional repair was reasonable for 2 new cables. I recommend if you have one spring break, and your door has two, to replace both always, along with the cables. Especially anytime if the springs are 7 years old or more with no previous replacements. Alex even adjusted my electric garage door closing pressure to accomodate the new springs tension. I would not have known to do this if I tried to replace the springs myself. He even detected an adjustment needed in the track positioning. He made all the adjustments and pointed out why he made them. This is a reliable company with highly qualified and courteous installers. I highly recommend Precision to fix your garage door. 5 stars for sure!!!!

He installed the springs and at the end he mentioned that the other garage door was unlocked and if I wanted he could inspect it for a fee. He went outside and to my surprise he was able to pull the door up without resistance ...

I called early am, my call was taken, I was given a window of 9-1pm, the tech arrived. 9.30 am, my door was rebuilt in approx 2 hrs, better parts were installed than existing parts, my door has never been this quiet, being an auto repair tech , I watched closely , Alex was great , give the whole service a Ten!!! The scheduling procedure and timely service is almost unheard of here in SoFlo. Then having a technician like Alex do such a thorough and tidy job was icing on the cake! His skill and professional approach to making the door safe and quiet, (I opted for the powder coated new springs) and his adjustment and inspection of all parts left me with knowing I had a safe and secure door.
