I found out that door opener needs to fix. It was disconnected from the system. Door was very loud as well. I called to Precision at midnight and they answered. I scheduled an appointment for the next day and they were available. Technician came at 8am as it was planned. Completed the job and I am more than happy with the service. Professional, experienced, and skilled technicians. Door opener was replaced, rollers changed, string adjusted , etc. I cannot hear door movement. Great job.

Great service from beginning to end! Called for broken spring to be replaced after 5pm and was able to get a technician to my home by 8am the next morning and he was done with a complete overhaul on replacement of all moving parts in just over 2 hours! Including inspection and repair options! Jose E. was our technician and he was extremely professional and efficient! Appreciated his knowledge and expertise! Went for the best option to have everything working as good as new for many years to come. It was an extreme pleasure working with this company and their technician Jose E! Such a pleasure to call a company and have them perform so well and fast! Can't opinion on prices on this is the first garage door I've had to ever get serviced but definitely didn't feel ripped off by any means! Our garage door opener wouldn’t work. We called to schedule an appointment, we were fortunate enough to have a technician (Alex)come out the same day. I told Alex we had encountered three power failures within three days. Alex troubleshot the problem and said the unit needed replace. He had an identical opener in his truck, 30 minutes later we were up and running. Extremely nice technician!

Logan and Jose called us when they were on their way. They arrived on time and after introducing themselves, they got to work on removing the old door. Logan told me to come out anytime to see how they were progressing. I checked a few times and was pleasantly surprised to see how well they worked together, every move was well coordinated. When they were finished mounting the hardware, installing the door and operator they called me into the garage to go over all the operation criteria,safety aspects of the door and maintenance requirements. The guys were simply terrific.
