Hello, my name is Richard but please call me Alex. I was born and grew up in Belize; more specifically in a small little village 30 minutes south of Belize City. Known as Gracie Rock, I recently moved to South Florida. I enjoy playing and watching soccer and basketball. My wife and I are avid travelers and love to explore the outdoors. I have over 10 years of experience as a handy man, with my expertise being in wood working. Alex, my technician, was timely on same day arrival. He did a thorough assessment of the problem with my door, and clearly explained and demonstrated the problem with the spring, and imbalance of the door with the motor. Although the quote seemed high, he did the work precisely, after a thorough explanation of the mechanics, and his work is warranted. He was very polite, clean and pleasant.

Eric our technician was both friendly and professional. He pointed out that the spring coils on the garage door has counterweights and they need to be calibrated. He replaced the sheared bracket with a betted designed one. He went beyond what was expected. I was very satisfied with his service. Next time I have to call I will request Eric. Our garage door opener wouldn’t work. We called to schedule an appointment, we were fortunate enough to have a technician (Alex)come out the same day. I told Alex we had encountered three power failures within three days. Alex troubleshot the problem and said the unit needed replace. He had an identical opener in his truck, 30 minutes later we were up and running. Extremely nice technician!

The lady said no charge if they don’t repair, they were kind enough to not charge the service fee as that is what I was told. If they do a service they charge, most times we need some thing fixed, the gentlemen was super polite and came early. Would recommend to anyone as this company is honest and reputable, they came Inmediate and actually earlier. Use them!

We had used Precision last year for a broken spring and were very pleased with the service. Several days ago we experienced a power surge which burned out the logic board in the motor of he garage door opener. Alex and Tyrone came out and thoroughly checked everything. Alex gave us all of our options and explained each. We went with a new unit and they installed it right then. They cleaned up after and we are extremely happy.
