I called after finding them on a google search. They immediately made a same-day appointment. The service man, named Martin, was friendly and competent. He fixed the problem within 1 1/2 hours and we had our garage door working again. I'm very satisfied with this service.

Outstanding service. My garage door broke at 8:00am on a Saturday morning. I called Precision at 8:30, they were at my house by 9:30. Julio was fabulous. He explained the problem, offered me options and gave me a detailed cost estimate. He fixed all of the problems in 1 1/2 hours. I highly recommend Precision.

I had been using Access Garage since we move into our house in 1999. Had and issue Saturday. Called Access, they said they were not in the garage repair space anymore. I googled Garage Doors Weston and you came up high on the list with excellent reviews. I called, you came yesterday and did a fantastic job. Not sure why your have not been servicing the house that past 2 decades. Lance, your service tech can say enough good words about him.

Lance came to our home in Coral Springs where a Spring had broke - upon further inspection all 4 Springs had to be replaced - the install was difficult as the old parts were very difficult to remove. Lance stayed (2 day job) till the garage was perfect. Highly recommend Precision Garage for your garage needs!

It became apparent that the springs needed an upgrade but Joe gave me options, which was very much appreciated. Diagnosis 1, you need a new motor,-$800 No way Alternative, we will go through checklist to see if we can fix it, $ 327.00, if not it will be the 89.95 service call. Ok Ultimately a sensor had to be replaced, a far cry from new motor. This is a "do I have a sucker here approach" Very poor business model! I will never call them Again .The technician was on time.

Excellent customer service making the appointment. My garage door hasn’t opened since just before the pandemic. A wall dividing it had an extra room. Zack one of their techs called me just a few minutes after the time window I was given and gave me a heads up he would be there inn20 minutes as the traffic on I95 was backed up. He got the door open and assessed the situation. We will use this company and request Zack to replace our rollers and possibly cables once we get the stuff out of the garage and into bulk pickup.
