Our garage door did not open or close last night. We called Precision Garage and they were out early afternoon. Our serviceman, Chris, was very knowledgeable and explained everything. We did get a new garage door opener as the motor wasn’t working as it should be. We would highly recommend Precision to anyone for all their garage repairs.

The operator arm bracket dislodged on the garage door as it was going up and the door came crashing down on a Sunday morning around 10:00 AM. A friend had told me about Precision and their superior service, so I called to leave a message for Monday and was answered immediately by Jen. After describing my issue, she said she could have someone there between 12:00 - 2:00 PM that Sunday! Chris Peraza the technician called shortly after 12:00 PM to say he was on his way. Chris explained a couple of issues that caused the bracket to dislodge and I also inquired about new weather stripping that was badly worn. After providing me with a price for all of the work, the job was completed in about 2 hours. All of this on a Sunday and done by 2:30 PM!

Chris Peraza was the technician that serviced my garage door was great. He arrived promptly and on time. He was very thorough and explained all my options. He then completed the installation and did a great job. He replaced my door opener, replaced all the rollers, realigned the track and installed new wall mounted door operator and outside keypad. I would recommend Precision and Chris to anyone in need of garage door service.

Was putting a new bottom seal on my door when I took notice the door was out of balance. Upon releasing automatic garage door opener and manually opening and closing garage door I noticed springs had no tension left in them allowing the door to just freefall to the floor as well as causing out of balance issue. Called Precision Doors immediately (2;00 pm) and they sent a technician out (Chris Peraza) within a couple of hours and by 6;00pm door was as good as new. From the gentleman that took my initial call and set the appointment to Chris the technician everything was such a pleasure and they both were both professional and friendly. Thank you

Came the same day and when he saw how old the mechanicals were Chris gave us a few options, which I though was very nice. We ended up replacing all the mechanisms and he worked right thru lunch to get it done.

Service was very good and friendly. Chris was right on time. It’s a nice clean fast job. Call the 8 o’clock at night and they were there at 8 o’clock the next morning. However, I do feel the price was a little on the high side.

I called Precision Garage Door Service this morning around 9 a.m. and the service technician was at my home around noon.
