Precision Overhead Garage Door Service of West Palm Beach

Was putting a new bottom seal on my door when I took notice the door was out of balance. Upon releasing automatic garage door opener and manually opening and closing garage door I noticed springs had no tension left in them allowing the door to just freefall to the floor as well as causing out of balance issue. Called Precision Doors immediately (2;00 pm) and they sent a technician out (Chris Peraza) within a couple of hours and by 6;00pm door was as good as new. From the gentleman that took my initial call and set the appointment to Chris the technician everything was such a pleasure and they both were both professional and friendly. Thank you

We were very happy with our experience with David Hoffa from Precision Garage. He came within a few hours of our garage door not working and said we needed a new motor. Our motor was 22 years old and the door was getting stuck. David explained the job clearly and put in the new motor, with new switches and remotes. Our door is so quiet now and we love it. Late in day, the Spring that provides the lift energy to raise the garage door broke. I called Precision and got an appointment for early the next morning. Logan, the technician, showed on time, explained what was needed and worked efficiently to replace the old spring with a superior new spring in a relatively short time. The result is a quieter, more efficient garage door. This is what a service call is supposed to be. My only wish is that Precision was in other home businesses as I would surely use them for any work I needed.

Their sticker was still on our garage door, so we called the number to get our remote garage door opener replaced. Two gentlemen came out the next day, & programmed a new remote for us. Called 4:30pm Friday, Eyron arrived early Saturday, diagnosed and installed a new door opener. Also adjusted the springs which Precision installed two years ago.
