When he arrived he was very polite and looked at the garage door and knew right away what the problem was. He gave me an estimate to fix it and to install a new door opener. My garage door would not go up this morning, either automatically or manually. The previous owner had put a sticker for Precision on the inside of the garage door, so I called and by mid-afternoon Tyler had arrived. The damage was serious, mostly due to age, including one spring completely snapped. Tyler explained everything thoroughly, replaced both springs and other parts, and made sure I knew how to work it even when power was out. Terrific experience, I know who I'm calling next time I need work done on my garage door.
