My garage door was not closing properly due to some old sensors, while my drive unit was past the recommended life time and some repairs had been made on it over the years. After Mr. Chris Bernard explained to me all my options, I chose to upgrade the whole system completely. It seem to be the most cost effective and all inclusive package. Mr. Bernard was very polite and cordial and did not pressure me into any decision. He finished the job much faster than I expected, and we are more than satisfied with the new garage door and the way it gently operates. Chris Bernard was even able to give me some added peace of mind by describing how he closed a gap at the bottom, to prevent any intruders or animals from trying to access my garage. I can't say enough good things about this company and the Service Tech, Chris. My garage door spring broke early this morning, trapping my only car in the garage. I called 4 companies and Precision was the only one that promised to come out this same morning. Chris (very friendly and polite) was here in about 1.5 hours (maybe even less) and he promptly and professionally diagnosed the issues of a 22 year old door. I was very pleased with Chris Bernard, the technician that Precision sent to my house to evaluate my aging garage door. He was very thorough in his inspection, checking all parts and segments of the operation, taking photos of the parts, showing and describing each of the issues and then gave me three options for repair. Earlier I had another company representative also evaluate my garage door and it was a short evaluation and a suggestion that I replace the motor that was still functioning, because of its age. Nothing else was really checked or recommended. I did not trust this representative so I called another company, Precision for an evaluation. I choose to have springs (one was only partially functioning), roller and cable replaced and now the door functions like a new door. So I would highly recommend both Chris and this company to all.
