My garage door stopped working and I was able to schedule an appointment online late that night. The next morning Chris called me to tell me he was on his way. Chris was very polite and not pushy at all. He looked at the garage door and explained what he saw. He put together various packages and based on my budget, he helped me choose one. Chris was not aggressive or trying to upsell me on anything else not within my budget. He promptly got to work and when he noticed some parts didn't need changing, he recommended leaving them as is. I am very happy and satisfied with how the work turned out, Chris' knowledge and professionalism.

I noticed some clunking sound when opening our garage door and called Precision Garage Door, a service I have used before. I wanted to forestall a situation where I could not open or close the garage door. This was on a Friday, and they were able to set me up for an appointment on Monday between 8-10am. At 7:30 am I received a call from the technician, Chris Bernard. He said he would arrive about 9:15. He came on time and I explained what I was concerned about. After listening to the door and examining it Chris asked me to come out to the garage. Chris pointed out the problems he saw with the door and made sure that I understood and saw what the problems were that he had discovered. He explained that, the door being 30 years old, it really needed, to be replaced, but he provided several options to ensure that the door would function until we decided to replace it. I have used this company before and have been satisfied with their work and the technicians that came to my home. Chris was very thoughtful and careful and made sure I understood the condition of the garage door without any pressure to choose a particular solution. Since we could not replace the door at this time, we chose to have him replace the springs and rollers. He did not simply replace the springs and rollers but checked all the hinges, replaced and striped screws and cleaned and lubricated the track. I was very impressed with the professionalism and thoroughness of the work he did and very appreciative of the way he interacted with us. His professionalism is a credit to Precision Garage Doors as an employer and its responsibility to the consumer.

Chris and Alex arrived as scheduled, diagnosed the issues with my garage door, and gave me three detailed, written options - from quick fix to a more comprehensive repair and replacement, specifying the exact cost for each. We discussed my options, I chose one, and they proceeded. They completed the work, explained exactly what they did, cleaned up and left. I scheduled the appointment at about 9 AM … they arrived around 1 PM, and by 3 PM were finished. And I had a comprehensive job completed. Wonderful service!
