We made a service request on a Saturday morning because our garage door was completely inoperable, and our vehicles were inside the garage. We scheduled for afternoon on Saturday and Adrian showed up right on time, replaced our broken springs and gave us a tune-up on the rest of the door. He was very knowledgeable, polite and efficient. The cost was very fair. 100% we will be calling them for our future needs.

Adrian was here on time and very nice. He helped me make sure my kittens did not run outside while doing his work. He really knows his product and is very nice to the customer. He is able to explain the issues to the customer very easily. I actually needed more than a new keypad and he was able to make all the repairs at once without having to make another appointment. I had Precision Door do a complete overhaul of my door in NY and they did a great job. Called the West Palm branch and Adrian came out and replaced the key pad and did a few other things to get me hooked up with the app on my phone. He was on time, polite, friendly, quite competent and patient and I would highly recommend the company based on the service call by Adrian.

Our tech Adrian Esquivel was top notch. He was extremely knowledgeable and very polite and respectful. He explained to us why we were having all the malfunctions and replaced our lift motor. With this we got new remotes, new keypad and a new wall switch. I have used Precision in the past and have been quite pleased each time.

Precision did a great job making my old garage door opener and door like new. They didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need, they were prompt and friendly. Over a year later my laser got out of alignment and the door wouldn’t close. Precision came out and explained the problem to me and fixed it free of charge. I highly recommend using them for your garage door needs.
