Very pleased with the whole process. Scheduled a visit late Friday afternoon for a window of 12-2pm for Sat. Received conformation emails and texts. Also, received a notice from the company that a technician was on the way and a personal call from the technician to confirm his ETA. Communication was excellent. My technician, Merrick, assessed the issue at hand and once given the green light to begin the work did so very quickly and completed the job a little sooner than expected. Highly recommend this company!

Merrick came out to service my garage door after the pulley cable came off the spool (my fault!). He was on time, courteous, professional, and did a great job. I've only had to call on Precision Garage Door two times for garage door repair, and in both cases, I received excellent service.

My garage door spring broke at 10am. My technician, Merrick Gayle arrived at 11:30 and my garage door was repaired in an hour. Amazing! Merrick was very nice and professional, a great guy and very helpful with what was needed to properly repair my garage door. It hasn’t worked this well for 20 years. My service tech Merrick went above and beyond for my garage repair. Merrick is the type of guy I could hang out with watching the game at a local sports grill. The sensors and remotes are now working, and the new wheels make the garage almost silent. My only disappointment was the MYQ app not linking to the MYQ garage door opener. I'm surprised they don't have hubs available for installation, but it's something cheap and simple that I can do myself.

I chose Precision Garage Door Service based on the Google reviews for your company. It showed the company has a 4.9 rating which I feel is amazing! The service technician, Merrick Gayle, showed up exactly on time as promised. I found him to be pleasant, courteous, and professional in both in inspection of the door and related repair. He gave me multiple estimates from replacing the entire door all the way to basic minimum required repairs needed. With help from Merrick, I decided that the door itself was fine but I decided to do more than the minimum repair. I had the springs replaced, new bearings, new wheels, along with proper lubrication and required door balancing that Merrick recommended. Merrick was fast and efficient in the repair process. I was impressed with both his skills and knowledge relating to garage door repairing. All needed parts were on his truck and he had it working as good as new in a short time. From requesting service last night and talking with Andy, I was scheduled an appt today Saturday from 10 - 12 AM. The tech, Mr Merrick Gayle called me at 0930 informing me that he would be arriving in about 20min. Arrival as scheduled, checked out my issue and informed me that the plan of action would be to replace the worn out 25 year old garage door opener. The exceptional and very professional did exactly that and completed the work as stated in about 90 minutes. His work was Top Shelf and he also made sure he trained me on the new unit, programmed my remotes and cars’ systems, and cleaned up the area. From start to finish, I was very impressed and 100% Satisfied! Outstanding workmanship and a high quality product. I highly recommend Precision Door Repair!!!! Happy Holidays and Thank You

As I was leaving the house and closed garage I noticed that door would not go all the way down and then return up. I noticed a hanging cable. I called Precision at around 9:40 am on Saturday and Merrick showed up around 1:30. He walked me through the problem and pointed out a few other issues that would need attention as well.
