I’ve used Precision Garage Door services in the past and was and am still very pleased with their service and attention to detail. My only hesitation dffrom giving them 5 stars is pricing. Last Feb, 2025) the price for a more envolved service was $90 this year the service call cost me $150. That’s a big increase!

I upgraded my springs, rollers, drums, cables and bearing plates in 2022. In 2025, the springs broke and was quoted over $800 for two new springs. With the upgrades I made 3 years ago, I would have expected a longer life span from the springs. Very disappointed.

From requesting service last night and talking with Andy, I was scheduled an appt today Saturday from 10 - 12 AM. The tech, Mr Merrick Gayle called me at 0930 informing me that he would be arriving in about 20min. Arrival as scheduled, checked out my issue and informed me that the plan of action would be to replace the worn out 25 year old garage door opener. The exceptional and very professional did exactly that and completed the work as stated in about 90 minutes. His work was Top Shelf and he also made sure he trained me on the new unit, programmed my remotes and cars’ systems, and cleaned up the area. From start to finish, I was very impressed and 100% Satisfied! Outstanding workmanship and a high quality product. I highly recommend Precision Door Repair!!!! Happy Holidays and Thank You
