My service tech Merrick went above and beyond for my garage repair. Merrick is the type of guy I could hang out with watching the game at a local sports grill. The sensors and remotes are now working, and the new wheels make the garage almost silent. My only disappointment was the MYQ app not linking to the MYQ garage door opener. I'm surprised they don't have hubs available for installation, but it's something cheap and simple that I can do myself.

I chose Precision Garage Door Service based on the Google reviews for your company. It showed the company has a 4.9 rating which I feel is amazing! The service technician, Merrick Gayle, showed up exactly on time as promised. I found him to be pleasant, courteous, and professional in both in inspection of the door and related repair. He gave me multiple estimates from replacing the entire door all the way to basic minimum required repairs needed. With help from Merrick, I decided that the door itself was fine but I decided to do more than the minimum repair. I had the springs replaced, new bearings, new wheels, along with proper lubrication and required door balancing that Merrick recommended. Merrick was fast and efficient in the repair process. I was impressed with both his skills and knowledge relating to garage door repairing. All needed parts were on his truck and he had it working as good as new in a short time. Service person was very polite and did try to do all I asked for. She did set up a new hand held garage door opener but could not set up the control in my car nor myQ for my phone. It cost me $95 for the remote and $25 "gas charge". When I asked the attendant who scheduled the appointment what the cost would be she said the service person would let me know. Surely she knew about the $25 gas charge.
