We have used Precision Door service for the past 11 years. They replaced my garage door motor. They also replaced our door spring. Three years the hung a new door and had my insurance bill deceased. They arrive at your door the time they said they would. Their prices are a little high but competitive. They also work with you by giving discounts when applicable. I received a Veteran discount which makes it more affordable. I just had a new track and rubber belt installed today.

I had routine service performed on two doors, one double and one single. The service consisted of lubricating the joints and replacing 20 rollers… all done in under 90 minutes. The bill was $900! (Plus a 3% service charge). The tech was nice… but the bill….wow! It is hard to swallow!

My service technician was Yandy Gonzalez, a very new employee with your company. He was absolutely terrific! He called ahead of arriving, and was cordial and professional from start to finish. He explained every option available to me in a way I could understand, and then replaced the mechanism (including motor, roller braces, springs, key pads, and sensors). Very easy to make an appointment and the technician Chris was able to come out right away. Chris gave us four different options to remedy our garage door issue which all the sudden stopped opening and closing. We had him replace the springs and install a new more reliable and stronger unit. Chris was able to do this right away and within about two hours everything was working great. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything from how the sensors work to programming the keypads. Very happy with the service.

I contacted Precision Door of South Florida after experiencing problems with my door months after another provider's work and parts failed and they were nowhere to be found. Precision's technician Chris came out to my home and presented me with several options. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional and I felt very confident knowing that he would be the one doing the repairs. I told him I needed some time before I could do the work and he told me it would be no problem that he would be there when I was ready.Several weeks later I contacted Precision and scheduled the work. Chris promptly came to my home and completed the work much to my satisfaction. In my honest opinion, skip the fly by night garage door companies and contact Precision and get the job done right. They've been around for years and stand behind their work.

The technician arrived late. I was told he'd be here between 2 and 4 pm, but he didn't show up until 4:30 and then claimed I was actually scheduled for a 4-6 pm window — which was not true. The technician himself was polite and completed the work, but I won't be using this company again because of the lateness and the dishonesty about my appointment time. This was my only day off, and I made a point of being home to meet your technician. Had I known the real schedule, I would have used that time to handle other matters instead. He also repeatedly insisted my garage door motor was 1/2 horsepower, even though I knew — and confirmed — it was actually 3/4 horsepower. As a disabled veteran, I have to be able to trust the people I let into my home. Because of this experience, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

I called Precision about 6pm to make an appointment due to my auto opener not closing fully. It was not an emergency since I can close it manually, They scheduled a tech to come the next day with a window for 10 am - 12 noon. Their tech David gave me a text prior to arrival with a ETA. He arrived on time. Their communication was excellent. David is an excellent tech also. He explained in detail what the issue was (wire cables on the both sides of the door) and gave me a few options. He fixed the issue in a timely manner. And gave me lots of info of parts that could become a problem in the future. But did not pressure me in any way to replace them now. I would call them in the future for any issues.
