We had an issue with our garage door and called Precision. They scheduled us within a day and our technician Jose E. was very professional and helpful. He replaced our garage door opener, including springs, bearings, etc and did a great job! What I also liked is that Jose gave us a variety of options and didn't pressure us. I explained the situation that I was having with my garage door and he promised me that he would stop over and take a look at it. I was told that the situation that I was having was easily reparable.
