Outstanding service! After the agent took all of my information, I was assigned technician David. I received an email telling me when I could expect to hear from him and what time he would be here. A few minutes later David called to inform me that he was on his way. He gave my garage door a complete inspection and took photos of the door. David explained the condition of each part of the door assembly. He said that I could get by without changing any parts. After he put the cables back onto their respective spindles, he realigned and adjusted the entire door and again took photos of the door. Once he was finished, he went to his truck and e-mailed the warrantee for the work he had done, a safety checklist that graded each part of the assembly in shades of red, yellow and green. A very fast and easy way to know the condition of each part. Not one time did David try to pressure me to change any parts. I then received an email from the owner of the company asking if I would mind commenting on the work done. This is a very professionally run business. I would recommend them to anyone! Thank you, David and the entire crew!

When the technician Logan and Lewis arrived, very knowledgeable and respectfully, checked and said the opener did not have a battery, he then made a thorough inspection, and told us what we needed. My garage door stopped working and I was able to schedule an appointment online late that night. The next morning Chris called me to tell me he was on his way. Chris was very polite and not pushy at all. He looked at the garage door and explained what he saw. He put together various packages and based on my budget, he helped me choose one. Chris was not aggressive or trying to upsell me on anything else not within my budget. He promptly got to work and when he noticed some parts didn't need changing, he recommended leaving them as is. I am very happy and satisfied with how the work turned out, Chris' knowledge and professionalism.

Great job! Same-day service and great communication. Our technician, Jeff B., was prompt, polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. He took time to explain what needed replacement and gave us options. Once I selected from the offered options, he went to work. After installation, he assisted me in downloading an app to my phone that now controls our garage door. He explained everything thoroughly. I noticed some clunking sound when opening our garage door and called Precision Garage Door, a service I have used before. I wanted to forestall a situation where I could not open or close the garage door. This was on a Friday, and they were able to set me up for an appointment on Monday between 8-10am. At 7:30 am I received a call from the technician, Chris Bernard. He said he would arrive about 9:15. He came on time and I explained what I was concerned about. After listening to the door and examining it Chris asked me to come out to the garage. Chris pointed out the problems he saw with the door and made sure that I understood and saw what the problems were that he had discovered. He explained that, the door being 30 years old, it really needed, to be replaced, but he provided several options to ensure that the door would function until we decided to replace it. I have used this company before and have been satisfied with their work and the technicians that came to my home. Chris was very thoughtful and careful and made sure I understood the condition of the garage door without any pressure to choose a particular solution. Since we could not replace the door at this time, we chose to have him replace the springs and rollers. He did not simply replace the springs and rollers but checked all the hinges, replaced and striped screws and cleaned and lubricated the track. I was very impressed with the professionalism and thoroughness of the work he did and very appreciative of the way he interacted with us. His professionalism is a credit to Precision Garage Doors as an employer and its responsibility to the consumer.

My garage door was making a cranking noise as it opened and closed. Appointment time was set for between 12 and 2. The technician arrived right after 12. He replaced the coil and bearings and lubricated the door. Prompt, professional service.
