5pm on a Friday night, our Garage wouldn’t raise. Closer inspection identified a broken spring and with it being our main access to our home we feared a long weekend ahead of us. Tyrone arrived promptly and was very courteous. He showed me what was wrong, what his suggested fix was, and importantly how I can service the door myself to make my new springs & bearings last as long as possible.
