I had an emergency when my garage door couldn't open, and I called PRECISION GARAGE DOOR Service. They immediately sent a technician. The tech was "Tom", who was extremely professional and technically experienced. He replaced the motor and chain, adjusted the torsion on the springs, installed a new hand set on the wall, etc. Everything was done in about 2 hours and I was good-to-go! I cannot say enough of good things about this company and the professionalism Tom displayed. The price was fair and competitive. If I have any future problems I'll call PRECISION!
