After THE MOST HORRIFIC TWO-DAY EXPERIENCE with Mr. Fix It Garage Door Services, complete with the technicians leaving the job in the middle and never returning, to me texting to re-schedule for the next morning only to have no one show up, to me then calling them and demanding that they resolve this today as their level of service was unacceptable, to “Mike” taking two hours to get to my house only to get into a verbal altercation w/my fiancé, pack up his tools and all equipment, get into his van and drive away!!!???? Precisión Door Service of South Florida came thru the very same day - - within hours of my call - - w/top of the line CUSTOMER SERVICE as well as over all OUTSTANDING service for my garage door!!! My AMAZING TECHNICIAN Rony called me ONE HOUR ahead of our scheduled appointment to let me know that he could come right now, and even arrived at my house before I did!!! He was kind, professional, and installed my garage door within the time that he said he would! He even went above & beyond by installing my new garage lights that I had just purchased and was just about to attempt to put in myself!!! Talk about night & day experiences!!! Based on Rony’s recommendations, I will be calling them in a few short weeks again, as well as in the future for all of my garage door service needs!!! I called on Saturday night and got appointment on Sunday morning. Technician, Tony Cabral, called ahead and arrived on time. He was very helpful in evaluating the appropriate door opener for the features I need. He was very courteous and completed the work in the time he stated. He programmed the remotes and made sure I understood all the features of the door opener. I would definitely recommend Precision to my friends.

I had a problem with my door opener - it would open but wouldn't close via the various remotes. I called this morning and a tech (Nathan) was out to my house early afternoon. Precision came out and replaced my garage door today. They replaced the doors, wood bucks, track, bearings everything except the motor (current one is working). They arrived around 10:45 for the 11:00 appointment. They were done around 4. They did a great job with everything. The door looks great, operates smoothly and is flush around the edges. They also cleaned up after they were done and showed me how to maintain the door. The workers were very professional and friendly. I can not say enough good things about how smooth this job was. I highly recommend Precision.
