I urgently needed repair as my garage door would not close. I called Precision and they set up an immediate appointment. Rony, their technician arrived about 2 hours later as promised on time and he was amazing. He diagnosed and repaired the problem and was so happy to have been able help us. I had a wonderful experience with my technician. He was helpful and explained everything in a clear and understandable way. He was friendly and willing to answer all my questions. A high impact garage door (for hurricanes) with opener was installed in our home today and we are so so pleased with it.
