I am very pleased with the service I received from Precision. Their appointment confirmation email contained a picture of the technician who was coming to my home. This gave me some peace of mind knowing who to expect. I never seen this practice before. I wish more service companies would follow this practice. The garage door now opens almost silently. It's never been that quiet. I'm sure my neighbors are thrilled since I leave for work very early. The technician left my garage as clean as it was when he arrived and took all of the packing materials with him. I will recommend Precision to everyone who needs garage door and garage door opener repairs or replacements

Roberto showed up quickly, within 2 hours of my call. My garage door was severely racked. (Crooked, twisted and off the track. The door was stuck half way open and wouldn't move up or down. He informed me of all the options to repair or replace the door. I went with the option of repairing the racked door and installing all new moving parts and springs. The door now looks like nothing happened and operates smoothly and quietly. Roberto was very knowledgeable and experienced and fixed my door in a little over an hour. He is the best. I would not hesitate to use Precision again in the future if needed.

I called Premier to fix my broken garage door opener. When the technician did his free service inspection, he showed me that my door had the wrong springs installed. He gave me three options to fix the issue, so we went with the new Opener, Springs, Drums and Rollers. When I got home and put the code into the keypad, I thought I had the wrong code because I didn't hear the door open. I didn't realize that the door was already halfway open! The Precision garage door opener is almost completely silent! In fact, my door is actually louder than the opener. I am amazed by the quality of the door and the Precision brand; the service was outstanding as well. I would highly recommend Precision.
