I found your ad in the Clipper Magazine. I called & Alex came out the next day. Since we bought our house 4 1/2 years ago & the garage door opener was the original, from 1990, everything was really old. Alex explained that we had a broken spring & what would be needed & the costs involved just to fix the springs & some other items that needed to be fixed. I asked him how much it would be to replace the opener & replace the springs. Since the system was so old, I had him install the new opener & to replace the springs. Everything was completed in just a couple of hours & Alex did a great job! It's great that I am now able to open & close our garage door again without getting out of the car & then having to help push the door up to fully open! And better yet, since my husband is a, "senior citizen", we were able to save money on everything! I would highly recommend Precision for your garage door needs.

Alex was a true craftsman. He had the knowledge and tools to complete the job in a reasonable amount of time. After he left we could not figure how to open the door. We called him and after he finished with his customer which was late at night he returned and very patiently showed us again how to open and close the door. I am very pleased with the service I received from Precision. Their appointment confirmation email contained a picture of the technician who was coming to my home. This gave me some peace of mind knowing who to expect. I never seen this practice before. I wish more service companies would follow this practice. The garage door now opens almost silently. It's never been that quiet. I'm sure my neighbors are thrilled since I leave for work very early. The technician left my garage as clean as it was when he arrived and took all of the packing materials with him.
