My garage door broke on a Saturday mid to early afternoon. I called a couple of repair places, including the big name Broten, and not only was their labor more expensive, they couldn't come out until Tuesday. I called Precision and from the first phone call, the people were so pleasant and their rates were reasonable. They were able to send someone out the very next afternoon. The Service Tech, Jeremy, was wonderful. He was professional, knowledgeable and explained everything to me. I would give the company and the technician a 5 star rating.

Dale looked over the garage door issues and gave me many options, from replacing the springs etc and adjusting the tension to installing the newer lift system and opener. All things considered, I chose the newer lift system with nylon rollers and new opener. I felt the price was fair and saw no reason to shop around since they seemed to want my business.
