Reggie was knowledgeable, explained what needed to be done. I called at 3PM, he was at my door around 4:30, and proceeded to examine what needed to be done. I had an old outdated garage unit, he completely rebuilt and replaced the system in a timely fashion. I was very impressed with the whole process. I would recommend Precision to anyone. As a matter of fact my neighbor was walking his dog and requested a card from Reggie for a future installation. Good work Reggie, good job Precision!!!

Excellent customer service! We had the springs on our garage door replaced a year and a half ago by Precision Door. Recently, one of the springs broke. We contacted Precision Door regarding a replacement. The owner contacted me personally to apologize for the defect and to schedule an appointment for them to come and replace it the very next day at no charge.
