Once again, Precision Door came to my rescue. My garage door would not open when I tried to leave for work in the morning, so I manually opened it and called Precision Door. They arranged for a repair that afternoon and the technician called 30 minutes before arrival as I recommended. He replaced the worn part and in less than an hour my garage door was up and running again. This is the third time I've used Precision Door and I intend to continue to use them in the future because they provide prompt, courteous, and professional service. I scheduled a repair appointment for Sat AM and I was called on time and Mike came out and was very professional and knowledgeable! Reggie was knowledgeable, explained what needed to be done. I called at 3PM, he was at my door around 4:30, and proceeded to examine what needed to be done. I had an old outdated garage unit, he completely rebuilt and replaced the system in a timely fashion. I was very impressed with the whole process. I would recommend Precision to anyone. As a matter of fact my neighbor was walking his dog and requested a card from Reggie for a future installation. Good work Reggie, good job Precision!!!
