Chris was very polite and not pushy at all. He looked at the garage door and explained what he saw. He put together various packages and based on my budget, he helped me choose one. We were extremely satisfied with Tyler Wakefield's professionalism. We had a problem with our garage door closing and was so relieved when I saw a sticker from Precision (from about a year ago when they serviced our garage door) on the inside of the door. I immediately called them and was able to get an appointment the next day which was a weekend day (they even had a same day appointment if that suited our schedule). There were a number of problems with our garage door but Tyler gave us different options and prices to choose from. We chose the one that was most efficient for our needs. He was very courteous and professional and we will certainly ask for him the next time we need our garage door serviced.
