This is my first time calling for a garage door repair. I'm extremely happy with the service, the on time schedule response. Julio was the assigned tech. Technician Mr. Merrick Gayle arrived as scheduled and provided an assessment for the repair of reconnecting the cable and tightening the springs. He performed a 25 point check and evaluated each area to ensure they were well lubricated. Additionally, he took the time to teach me how to perform preventative maintenance and left a POC tag with Precision Overhead Door Service for future reference. Merrick went the "Extra Mile", was professional and exceptional, and owned his "JOB"! Thank your honesty and integrity in getting the job done on time and right.

We were extremely satisfied with Tyler Wakefield's professionalism. We had a problem with our garage door closing and was so relieved when I saw a sticker from Precision (from about a year ago when they serviced our garage door) on the inside of the door. I immediately called them and was able to get an appointment the next day which was a weekend day (they even had a same day appointment if that suited our schedule). There were a number of problems with our garage door but Tyler gave us different options and prices to choose from. We chose the one that was most efficient for our needs. He was very courteous and professional and we will certainly ask for him the next time we need our garage door serviced.
