I had a wonderful experience hiring Precision Garage Doors to diagnose and manage my garage door issues. My technician was Scott Smith and he made all the difference. I felt like I was working with a board certified surgeon in his field. Incredibly knowledgeable and a master of his craft. He tried saving me money where he could and when it came down to the current system being inoperable he replaced the motor and chain with ease and it is working great. Great company and Service techs are professional and knowledgeable . I knock 2 star off , one star for the salesman telling me that the door opener has a lifetime warranty , not telling me the Exception for the pcb that broke after 2 years , another star for the cost of repair of almost $300 dollars for a $100 PCB that took all of 15 minutes to install.. More than the cost of a new door opener at Home depot

Great warranty experience , called and had a human on the phone without a lot of button pushing , Rep had a tech to my house same day , Tech called to give an ETA of arrival , Julio R , the tech performed the repair and had all the necessary tools and parts to complete the repair in about 1 hour , checked any adjustments and he was on way , Julio was professional and courteous and did a great job. My garage door opener did not work as it should so I called Precision Door that I used before and was happy with the work done previously. The Service Technision gave me different opinions and I decided to have a new garage door opener installed. He is aldo replaced the hinge and lubricated the door. Although Prince & Mitch seemed to do an excellent job with the installation of my new garage door, I was not pleased when it came time to pay!!! There was too much confusion when I was prepared to pay the balance due, Mitch had to call Lety so that she could try to explain it to me. She also sent email to me that included “a missing invoice” ~ after this almost 3 hour visit, I’m still confused & just feeling as if I’ve paid too much for what I got!
