Your service technicians arrived on time. Their service truck was clean and very organized. I showed them the problem with the broken spring. The technicians took the time to show me the other damage that was done due to the broken spring. Witch I did not see. They preformed all the repaired work needed. Walked me though the repair process and maintenance, the garage door runs quieter and much more smoother. Also want to thank the support time witch answered my e-mail and phone call on a Friday night at 10:00. Great job from e-mail support team though service team.

The person who answered the phone was courteous and efficient. She gave me a time of arrival of the technician as 9PM to 11PM and explained the service charges. Eric, the technician arrived more than two hours earlier than promised and was efficient, courteous and was able to correct our problem and we were very pleased. He was cordial and well represented your company. Kudos to Eric and Precision.

The techs for Precision Door were actually early for the appointment. This was the first great sign of a great service visit. The techs were very friendly and explained the different programs they could use to fix my garage door (the spring had broken). Their service call lasted about one half hour, and they provided excellent communication which exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend Precision Door to anyone who needs that service!
