Our garage door assembly completely broke down on a Saturday morning. The tech was there by early afternoon and worked until 8pm until the job was completely done. We required essentially everything new but the rails and the door itself. Fantastic job, timely, professional and friendly.

As always Precision is always on time and gives me the best suggestions of what is needed for any issue my garage door is having at the time. Logan Kruse was my Precision Technician today and was very helpful in answering my questions about the Garage Door Motor shaking loudly and erratically when in use. He explained the types of motors and the difference in their abilities and prices. I decided to go with the Lift Master because I had previous experience with that brand and decided the updates to use with my phone were beneficial. Logan installed my new door opener and also helped me upload the app and pair it with the opener for sufficient use. Outstanding service! After the agent took all of my information, I was assigned technician David. I received an email telling me when I could expect to hear from him and what time he would be here. A few minutes later David called to inform me that he was on his way. He gave my garage door a complete inspection and took photos of the door. David explained the condition of each part of the door assembly. He said that I could get by without changing any parts. After he put the cables back onto their respective spindles, he realigned and adjusted the entire door and again took photos of the door. Once he was finished, he went to his truck and e-mailed the warrantee for the work he had done, a safety checklist that graded each part of the assembly in shades of red, yellow and green. A very fast and easy way to know the condition of each part. Not one time did David try to pressure me to change any parts. I then received an email from the owner of the company asking if I would mind commenting on the work done. This is a very professionally run business. I would recommend them to anyone! Thank you, David and the entire crew!

Precision Door (PD) replaced my 19 year old garage door opener and I was completely satisfied with all aspects of the service. The technician (Jose E.) notified me when en route and he, along with his trainee, arrived on time. Both technicians were professional, polite, and courteous, and are a positive reflection on the management of this company. Very knowledgeable, Jose provided recommendations and options for replacing the door opener. He explained everything they would do and completed the service in a timely manner. Kyle was able to identify the issues with my existing door opener and explain the reasons for it not operating properly. Rather than going with just putting a "band aid" on the 10-year-old Craftsman opener and risk having it fail again in the short term, I chose to have it replaced with a new LiftMaster unit having both Precision Door and manufacturer warranty coverages.

Never got a business card. When I entered the conversation he was having with my husband he never bothered to introduce himself. Never saw samples. When I asked if the current motor would be able to handle a hurricane door which is heavier than the current door, the answer I received was “it should be ok”. Very disappointed.

My garage door came crashing down on a Saturday evening. I called Precision because of their 4.9 star rating. I was told a repairman could be dispatched on Sunday but because of my schedule, I opted for Monday. The repairman, Prince arrived within the window I had been promised. He did a thorough inspection of the entire system of my two-car garage. When he finished, he explained everything to me clearly and understandably. He went over my options and made suggestions. It turned out to be a bigger job than I expected but I could clearly see that the repairs were warranted - - springs had to be replaced, it required new spring guards and a new motor. Prince promised that the garage door would operate like new with all the repairs he suggested and he came through on his promise. The motor hums; the door closes gently. I realize now how poorly it had been operating. It was money well-spent. Prince was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He and his associate, Freddie worked meticulously and cleaned up after the job was completed. This experience exceeded my expectations. Well done!
