i had a broken spring with some other worn out parts. i have an extra heavy door, and Dan kept working on it, changing springs, till he got it perfect , which was not a easy task. this was a 5 star experience.

Precision’s service technician Ken came to repair a broken garage door opener. He spent as much time as necessary to discuss the pros and cons of a repair versus a new opener. At no time was there any pressure to upsell or even to replace the garage door itself, which others have in the past. Ken was professional, courteous, and did a thoroughly professional job on the install. The work was neat and done expeditiously. Afterwards he spent quite a bit of time answering all my questions and making sure I was aware of everything that had been done, the operation and future maintenance of the equipment. I’m very glad I chose Precision to do this job and will certainly call them again in the future. They definitely rate five stars ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? in my book!

My tech was Jeff. He called before coming and arrived shortly after. He checked my door thoughly and found springs to be the right size with only a balance problem.
