I was completely thrilled from start to finish. My Service Tech, Dave, was courteous, arrived on time, and explained everything in detail. As it turns out, we only needed bearings and rollers, but he did a thorough job of adjusting the chain and lubricating all the joints as well. We went from obnoxious noisy to blissfully quiet. Precision’s service technician Ken came to repair a broken garage door opener. He spent as much time as necessary to discuss the pros and cons of a repair versus a new opener. At no time was there any pressure to upsell or even to replace the garage door itself, which others have in the past. Ken was professional, courteous, and did a thoroughly professional job on the install. The work was neat and done expeditiously. Afterwards he spent quite a bit of time answering all my questions and making sure I was aware of everything that had been done, the operation and future maintenance of the equipment. I’m very glad I chose Precision to do this job and will certainly call them again in the future. They definitely rate five stars ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? in my book!

My tech was Jeff. He called before coming and arrived shortly after. He checked my door thoughly and found springs to be the right size with only a balance problem. He made small adjustment in springs and on belt to my opener. This took care of problem. I found Jeff to be very professional and easy to understand regarding door. This company I have found to be top notch!

Our request to have a service person review a repeat problem was done in a couple of hours. He determined that we needed a new door opener and gave a vey good price for the replacement opener. The work was done very professionally and done in a timely manor.

After choosing my option he gave me a time estimate. The job was completed effectively and timely. Ken was most courteous and professional. It is a great company. Needed emergency repair on a Sunday - got it! Then ordered new door. Had to go thru' all approvals but door installed today. It is excellent. The installers (Merrick and Cody) were great - friendly, got the job done in good time, pleasant and thorough.

I was very impressed with the service. I called on a Saturday morning. They showed up a little after noon as they said they would. They diagnosed the problem, explained things to me, made the repair, responded to emails quickly etc etc. You really could not expect better. Also, the repairman was very nice, kind, and seemed good at his job. I would definitely recommend them, and I would reuse them for future issues.
