My tech was Jeff. He called before coming and arrived shortly after. He checked my door thoughly and found springs to be the right size with only a balance problem. He made small adjustment in springs and on belt to my opener. This took care of problem. I found Jeff to be very professional and easy to understand regarding door. This company I have found to be top notch!

I received a courtesy call indicating that Ken would be here as scheduled by 7:30 a.m. He showed on time, evaluated the problem and showed me my options. After choosing my option he gave me a time estimate. The job was completed effectively and timely. Ken was most courteous and professional. It is a great company. It is refreshing to deal with an honorable, professional organization, especially here in South Fla, where there are many schemers.

I was very impressed with the service. I called on a Saturday morning. They showed up a little after noon as they said they would. They diagnosed the problem, explained things to me, made the repair, responded to emails quickly etc etc. You really could not expect better.
