It was a wonderful surprise to find out that not only could I get service on a Sunday (and within an hour of my call) but the tech was also able to put in the new garage door opener and springs, etc. William was super and showed us all the issues we had with our existing equipment and then gave us multiple solutions to choose from. I called 2 other companies and had to wait weeks for an appointment. Between the high price and rudeness before they would even show I canceled them. Lucky for me I found Precision Garage doors and Samantha got me a Saturday appointment 2 days later. Dave Z came out on time, inspected the door, explained the basic/not so basic door functions so I understood them and fixed the door. Wow! I have already contacted a couple other people about them as I will be using them in the future for maintenance of the doors and repairs. Went from totally stressed to a very happy morning!!
