This is my second service with this company. The first was the purchase of new springs for one of my doors and a keypad. This time was due to loud noise on one of my doors and a programo g mishap on a door. I must say this company‘s customer service is impeccable. They were able to assist me within a day or so! The two repair gentlemen that came were so nice, sweet, respectful, professional, and helpful!!! I can’t say enough positive things about them or this company on both occasions when I have needed their help!

We already had a very good experience with Precision in the past, so we called them again. Today, we had installed by Precision our new garage door opener motor and belt. It's fascinating, does not make a sound; definitely was our best decision ever! Dale, the technician was very polite, task oriented and explained everything with details during evaluation, installation, warranty and billing. Thank you so much!

It was a wonderful surprise to find out that not only could I get service on a Sunday (and within an hour of my call) but the tech was also able to put in the new garage door opener and springs, etc. William was super and showed us all the issues we had with our existing equipment and then gave us multiple solutions to choose from. He further impressed us with his professionalism and patience in explaining how to use and maintain our new door opener, even setting up our car buttons for us.

We've had them do repairs/service on a house that we were renting and we were very satisfied, so when we needed a company to do some upgrades on a house that we purchased, it was a no brainer. The technician was knowledgeable, polite and thorough.

David provided me with a courtesy call prior to his on-time arrival. He was very knowledgeable about anything related to my current door and provided me with great information pertaining to my wish list for the new door. David was super friendly, and professional. David was detailed with his measurements & then the price was right. His explanation of the project process was easy to understand and made perfect sense. I purchased on the spot because of my confidence in David & Precision. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone that needs garage door repair or installation. Job well done!
