Bobby was very professional and provided a lot of information. I have a very heavy garage door (custom, wood on wood) with an 34 year old Overhead Model 100 opener (V-belt and chain drive). Currently looking at the your proposal but I prefer a heavy duty chain drive instead of the recommended belt drive.

First, I was impressed by the way the receptionist handle my call for service. Then, the tech, "Rich." called in advance, as promised. And he arrived on time. He was pleasant and professional. Clearly explained the service options and performed the option I chose. Too early to tell-long term-the results of Rich's work. It's been only a few hours since he left. But . . . so far, so good. Excellent experience.
