Couldn't be happier with Precision. Came same day and on time. Our Tech Armando was terrific. Quick, efficient, knowledgeable and personable. Repair price seemed entirely reasonable. Would definitely use again and recommend this company. Additionally, you can make an appointment either online or by phone. And speak to a person!

Chris the technician assigned to our job arrived on time, was extremely polite, and was able to diagnose the problems that we were having with our garage door and and explained what needs to be done and fixed it in a timely manner. Before leaving Chris made sure that everything worked properly and gave instructions on how to maintain the garage door in order to get the best service from our garage door.

My technician Armando was great. He did an excellent job and fixed my problem quickly and gave my garage door an adjustment and lubrication. My only concern is that my weatherstripping on the bottom of the door was sagging and that was the reason for my repair call. He fixed the problem but I feel for that sagging to have happened and the door is slightly more than one year old makes me think either the material or the assembly was not what it needed to be. An issue like this I would not expect to happen this quickly. If it happens at all it should be many years from the original installation date. I chose your company because I expected high quality service (which I received) and a high quality product which I am not sure of based on my sagging issue I had so early on in my ownership of the door. If you wish to discuss this further my cell number is 561-405-5251 thank you for your attention to my concern. John Oldfield

I had an excellent experience with Precision Garage Door Service of South Florida. Their technician, Alex Berk, did a fantastic job repairing the problems with both of my garage doors. He was professional, knowledgeable and took the time to make sure everything was working properly. Alex worked for more than four hours and never rushed the job. His attention to detail and expertise were truly impressive. If you’re having any problems with your garage doors, I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service of South Florida and especially Alex Berk. Outstanding service!

I appreciate the professionalism and transparency I got from Alex Berk, the tech that worked on my garage door. My appointment was for an evaluation of my garage door and after inspection he pointed out a few things that needed to be done in order to insure that the door would continue to last for years to come. He explained everything step by step and I really felt like he not only knew what he was doing, but wanted to make sure that I was given options on how to best complete the job. Once we agreed, he went to work and did a great job of several repairs that were needed to be done. Im very pleased with the results and would highly recommend Alex and Precision to anyone needing help with their garage door. Thanks, Mark

You were able to fix my garage door on the same morning I called you. The other company that I used in the past could not come out till Monday. That's three days with our cars locked up so to speak. Jose was all the things that you want in an individual. He was able to determine what the problem was and how to fix it. He answered all my questions and was very informative. Your company has a customer in Melody and I for the future.

Jose was great! Very professional and explained everything. He gets 5 stars the 4 stars are due to pricing as competitors come in 20-40% . But do appreciate your expertise, professionalism and warranties

I was extremely pleased with the installation experience of my two impact garage doors several years ago. I was also extremely pleased with the two technicians who came to my house yesterday, Chris and Phil (I believe). They were courteous, so efficient, knew what they were doing, did it with a smile, and explained everything to me. Using Precision Door has been an excellent choice! Thank you!

To add to a very positive experience: My Tech: Scott, was first rate. He explained the problem and solution in an appropriate way. He completed the R & R of my expired opener, and the runners. It is a few days and I am very satisfied with the outcome on all points. I highly recommend Precision. Don't take a chance of getting an inferior outcome. The garage door now is virtually silent and works perfectly.

From the moment I called Precision for an appointment to the end of my repair - I was extremely pleased with my service. The customer service was friendly, fast, flexible and efficient. My service technician “Llana C.” Was knowledgeable and patient. She took the time to explain what was needed and what to do for the future to help maintain my older garage. I was surprised at the level of professional service I received. ( Not often here in Florida ). Thank you Precision !!!!! Susan G

I really made the right decision calling Precision Door. Having just moved in, I knew the garage doors were in rough shape and the previous owner didn't leave the remote for one of the doors. Now they operate like new. I hit the jackpot with service and quality!
