My technician Armando was great. He did an excellent job and fixed my problem quickly and gave my garage door an adjustment and lubrication. My only concern is that my weatherstripping on the bottom of the door was sagging and that was the reason for my repair call. He fixed the problem but I feel for that sagging to have happened and the door is slightly more than one year old makes me think either the material or the assembly was not what it needed to be. An issue like this I would not expect to happen this quickly. If it happens at all it should be many years from the original installation date. I chose your company because I expected high quality service (which I received) and a high quality product which I am not sure of based on my sagging issue I had so early on in my ownership of the door.
