My garage door spring broke Sat night and Sunday morning I saw your ad in a magazine and was happy to see that you don't charge extra for weekends and holidays. That made me call you in the first place. I was given an appt Sunday between 9am and 11am. Your technician Ken called on his way, and he arrived right on time. I really wanted to write a review for a company and service call that went well above and beyond what I have ever experienced with s garage door service company, and indeed any other service call to my home. David, the service tech was right on time after calling to let me know his ETA. Once he arrived, he took the time to expertly explain the issue with my garage door and went through several options for repairing it, which I appreciated, since I'm just handy enough to know the scope of work involved in replacing the rollers (which is what I needed) David was extremely professional, completed the work and explained the charges before I signed off on the job; which was a competitive price for an excellent product and lifetime warranty. I wholeheartedly recommend them and will use this company for all of my future garage door work for my other properties too. I'm extremely pleased by a very nice job, professionally done! 10 out of 10!
