Reggie was knowledgeable, explained what needed to be done. I called at 3PM, he was at my door around 4:30, and proceeded to examine what needed to be done. I had an old outdated garage unit, he completely rebuilt and replaced the system in a timely fashion. I was very impressed with the whole process. I would recommend Precision to anyone. As a matter of fact my neighbor was walking his dog and requested a card from Reggie for a future installation. Good work Reggie, good job Precision!!!

Excellent customer service! We had the springs on our garage door replaced a year and a half ago by Precision Door. Recently, one of the springs broke. We contacted Precision Door regarding a replacement. The owner contacted me personally to apologize for the defect and to schedule an appointment for them to come and replace it the very next day at no charge. We were very impressed with the integrity with which our case was handled and feel like we are valued customers. I would highly recommend choosing a company that stands behind their product and their work to this extent.
