Excellent customer service! We had the springs on our garage door replaced a year and a half ago by Precision Door. Recently, one of the springs broke. We contacted Precision Door regarding a replacement. The owner contacted me personally to apologize for the defect and to schedule an appointment for them to come and replace it the very next day at no charge. We were very impressed with the integrity with which our case was handled and feel like we are valued customers.
