Good day, I was pulling into my driveway when I saw a Precision truck driving by. I backed out and chased the truck down the block, lol. Bob introduced himself and I informed him that my garage door was working intermittently. He immediately came back to my home with me and I pointed out the problem-my springs were cracked. Bob repaired by springs in less than 30 minutes! Bob was very professional, courteous, friendly and polite! I am so grateful that Bob replaced by springs-everything work perfectly now! New garage door installed. Door does not close 100%. From outside door, it looks like the top portion of door is leaning in. Noticeable to all, even inspector. Was told by a tech the beam inside garage is causing door not to close correctly. Was suggested having someone trim about 1/2" of bottom of beam then call Precision to have a Tech come back for a maintance call to tweak the door so it closes. Called for help getting someone to performing the 'trimming' because I cannot locate anyone that will do it. Until this gets resolved to my satisfaction, it is an incomplete job and I will pass this story on to whoever asks me what company installed the garage door.

Unbelievable!!! We found you through Google and checking references online. The entire framework of the garage door opening system had torn away from the wall above the door. I was able to disconnect it and close it by hand. Within less than an hour after my phone call to you your technician Noah was at the door. Smart, well spoken and within the hour the entire repair was done. Your advance detail telling us who would be coming to do the work and even sending a photo so we knew what he looked like certainly inspired confidence. 5 Stars is the maximum, but whether you like it or not, your service was certainly 5½!!!

HAD GREAT SERVICE! Only one issue: It would be nice if the window of service quoted from 9am-1pm could be more precise. At 9:15 I called to ask if they knew what the technician's schedule was. I was told that they didn't know but they would ask him to call me back. I stayed home from work only to get a call at 1pm from the technician saying that he was still 35 minutes away. Your schedules I know depends on the type of work encountered, but the courtesy of an update on timing would have been greatly appreciated. When the technician did arrive, he was courteous, knowledgeable and very pleasant. Thanks.

I found your ad in the Clipper Magazine. I called & Alex came out the next day. Since we bought our house 4 1/2 years ago & the garage door opener was the original, from 1990, everything was really old. Alex explained that we had a broken spring & what would be needed & the costs involved just to fix the springs & some other items that needed to be fixed. I asked him how much it would be to replace the opener & replace the springs. Since the system was so old, I had him install the new opener & to replace the springs. Everything was completed in just a couple of hours & Alex did a great job! It's great that I am now able to open & close our garage door again without getting out of the car & then having to help push the door up to fully open! And better yet, since my husband is a, "senior citizen", we were able to save money on everything! I would highly recommend Precision for your garage door needs.
