New garage door installed. Door does not close 100%. From outside door, it looks like the top portion of door is leaning in. Noticeable to all, even inspector. Was told by a tech the beam inside garage is causing door not to close correctly. Was suggested having someone trim about 1/2" of bottom of beam then call Precision to have a Tech come back for a maintance call to tweak the door so it closes. Called for help getting someone to performing the 'trimming' because I cannot locate anyone that will do it. Until this gets resolved to my satisfaction, it is an incomplete job and I will pass this story on to whoever asks me what company installed the garage door.

I was able to disconnect it and close it by hand. Within less than an hour after my phone call to you your technician Noah was at the door. HAD GREAT SERVICE! Only one issue: It would be nice if the window of service quoted from 9am-1pm could be more precise. At 9:15 I called to ask if they knew what the technician's schedule was. I was told that they didn't know but they would ask him to call me back. I stayed home from work only to get a call at 1pm from the technician saying that he was still 35 minutes away. Your schedules I know depends on the type of work encountered, but the courtesy of an update on timing would have been greatly appreciated. I found your ad in the Clipper Magazine. I called & Alex came out the next day. Since we bought our house 4 1/2 years ago & the garage door opener was the original, from 1990, everything was really old. Alex explained that we had a broken spring & what would be needed & the costs involved just to fix the springs & some other items that needed to be fixed. I asked him how much it would be to replace the opener & replace the springs. Since the system was so old, I had him install the new opener & to replace the springs. Everything was completed in just a couple of hours & Alex did a great job! It's great that I am now able to open & close our garage door again without getting out of the car & then having to help push the door up to fully open!
