I have used Precision Garage door several times over the past 5 years including installing a completely new door. The communication with the company, service and quality of everything has been very good. On this occasion despite me thinking it was time to change the motor, my technician discussed the situation with me and it was best to do some adjustments and replace the springs that were beginning to fail. I appreciate the taking time to understand my needs. I recommend them highly.
