What started with the keypad failing began the eventual failure of my garage door controls and the motor. I had used another company for annual servicing, but I had not been happy with the thoroughness and professionalism of them. I was given an appointment for the next day. Thanks to the professionalism, understanding of the multi problems with my existing system, Karter tackled each with equanimity and work ethics usually found in someone of greater experience and age. My system has been totally refreshed with much needed updated equipment and care. Oh, one more thing, what was supposed to pass as servicing with my former service was a joke compared to the detail given to the nuts and bolts thoroughness that 'Precision' j[Karter] performed. Several years ago, I purchased two garage door openers from Precision. I was very impressed with the quality of the products they used and the professionalism of the crew they sent out to do the installation. I just recently had need of their services when the garage door spring broke on another garage door located on my property. Once again, I was very impressed with their installation of both new springs and a new garage door opener. They walked me through the capabilities of the new system and also programmed my car electronics so I could open the garage door with my car electronics. So, would o use them again?
