Everything needed was on the truck -- no wait for parts to be ordered. After an inspection, I was offered options (with prices) for additional parts and services. There was no "up-selling" pressure -- just a straightforward presentation of the options. The agreed upon tasks were timely completed, and the technicians performed in a workmanlike manner. I am giving you only a four out of five stars because I considered my Garage Door malfunction on a Sunday night being an emergency. I was told that there were no emergency services available. I was offered one of two potential visits for Monday. Alex, the repair person who came, was exceptional. I’ve used Precision Garage Door services for at least the last seven years and will continue to use them to maintain the efficiency of my Garage Door.
