I had routine service performed on two doors, one double and one single. The service consisted of lubricating the joints and replacing 20 rollers… all done in under 90 minutes. The bill was $900! (Plus a 3% service charge). The tech was nice… but the bill….wow! It is hard to swallow!

Jose and Clay arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and explained my choices carefully to me. I opted to have the opener replaced because it has had problems before and it was 24 years old. Both men were very nice and very professional! I would recommend them to anyone who needed service!

Precision Garage Door Service is a great company to deal with. I had a problem with my garage door and they had a service technician out to my house the next day. The tech, Armando Eribiti, was very prompt and very friendly. He did a great job fixing my damaged door track. He was very nice to deal with and extremely helpful. I was very happy with Armando's work. I highly recommend Precision Door Service.

The technician arrived late. I was told he'd be here between 2 and 4 pm, but he didn't show up until 4:30 and then claimed I was actually scheduled for a 4-6 pm window — which was not true. The technician himself was polite and completed the work, but I won't be using this company again because of the lateness and the dishonesty about my appointment time. This was my only day off, and I made a point of being home to meet your technician. Had I known the real schedule, I would have used that time to handle other matters instead. He also repeatedly insisted my garage door motor was 1/2 horsepower, even though I knew — and confirmed — it was actually 3/4 horsepower. As a disabled veteran, I have to be able to trust the people I let into my home. Because of this experience, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Jose provided a very detailed estimate to repair my two-car garage door. He was very professional and he went over many options for my consideration. I am in the process of reviewing his estimates. If I choose one of them, I will definitely request Jose to complete the work. He is an outstanding employee!

Both Logan and Jack were very professional and friendly. Logan did the assessment and told me exactly what needed to be done and how much it would cost. They seemed to know what was causing my issues and they were done without delays. They had the equipment they needed and was able to get it fixed. Thank you very much.

I wanted a Wellington based company, was amazed with the quick response, Technician was here before the 2-hour scheduled window Julio was very knowledgeable and gave me value added service, which you don't see anymore. I hope I don't need garage door service again, but highly recommend them and will call them if I do.

I chose Precision Door Service based on BBB reviews, and the way customer complaints were handled. Technicians arrived within 90 minutes of my first contact. Everything needed was on the truck -- no wait for parts to be ordered. After an inspection, I was offered options (with prices) for additional parts and services. There was no "up-selling" pressure -- just a straightforward presentation of the options. The agreed upon tasks were timely completed, and the technicians performed in a workmanlike manner. Two thumbs up for today's job. Thanks!

I am giving you only a four out of five stars because I considered my Garage Door malfunction on a Sunday night being an emergency. I was told that there were no emergency services available. I was offered one of two potential visits for Monday. Alex, the repair person who came, was exceptional. I’ve used Precision Garage Door services for at least the last seven years and will continue to use them to maintain the efficiency of my Garage Door.

Very good service. Respond quickly to service call. Technician Tyrone was well equipped with all the parts and specialized tools to complete the job quickly and professionally. They are a little more expensive than others, but the quality of service was worth it. I would not hesitate in recommending Precision Garage Door Service to anyone.
