Outstanding job Sean. Technicians were on time and extremely professional. The entire garage door and hardware was replaced. They were very concerned about keeping the work site cleaner than they arrived. The product installed was perfectly. They also recommended and installed a new opener which basically eliminated all the previous noise. I can't even hear the door open/close anymore. It was nice to finally have a company install a product correctly and professionally. Well done!

One first-class company that is professional from first contact on the phone to getting a receipt quickly by email. Technician Bobby Rivera called when he was on his way and arrived on time. He examined the whole door system, not just the broken springs, and clearly gave us options -- good, better, best. I was surprised at how reasonable the prices were. Mr. Rivera completed the work in less than an hour and tested the mechanism thoroughly before he left. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. These guys have earned their A+ rating from the BBB.

What a first class business! Making an appointment that fit my schedule was a breeze. The tech that showed up, Bobby and I forgot the other techs name, arrived right on time. I work in the trades myself as an electrician and was impressed with their knowledge and how well they represented their company. Very few in business anymore who are out to do the right thing for customer. The work was completed in a journeyman like fashion and in a timely manner. Kudos to your team/ business! I will recommend Precision to my family and friends knowing the job will be done right the first time at a fair price. A lifetime warranty is a huge bonus to any homeowner. Thanks again for superior service!!!!!

From start to finish, Precision Garage Door company was courteous and professional. Our old door quit working and their service technician Eric came promptly and did the inspection. We needed to replace the door and chose Precision based on their add to check other customers comments and their quality workmanship. The installers Sean & and Hector arrived and completed the work as promised. They even told me how to maintain the door to keep it in good running condition! I laughingly told Dawn in the office who set everything up that we benefited twice since our garage needed to be cleaned and cleared to allow room for the install, Resulting in a beautiful and quiet door plus a garage that can be used again. Great company and great results!! Five Stars Plus!

Precision has a very reliable service. I have used them 2 times now, one time for a general checkup because the garage door was making lot of noise. The next time when the springs in the garage door has to be replaced after 10 years. Both time, customer service was prompt in sending the technician at the right time. Bobby, the technician who came in both times was excellent in providing options and workmanship was very good.

First off I wanted to say thank you for Sean comming out within a half hour on a saturday night, and finishing in a hour replacing two door springs. Very professional and cleaned up after himself. We called you when it occured and our cars were stuck in the garage. That day we received in the mail "The Home Mag" with your ad on page 10. We used the coupon for $50.00 off spring replacement.

Dear Sir: I would like to take a moment to say how very pleased and satisfied I was with the technician that assisted me with my garage issues. Alex was very helpful and very informative. He maintained a very professional level of workmanship throughout the time he was repairing my garage door. He was punctual and completed the work within a timely manner but did so unrushed even though it was a service call later in the evening and accommodated me. Alex is indeed a great asset to your company and because of his skill and expertise, I would recommend your company to my friends and relatives and co-workers. Thank you again. Kindest regards, Trista V. Baker

I originally called to have a broken spring repaired. The technician gave me a thorough review of my 10 year old system. He gave me a great estimate on replacing the entire system AND a new opener system. So...I spent more than I had planned but in only 2 hours I got a brand new, fully warrantied system at a great price. Now the door is virtually silent when it opens and closes, I have a new system with a keypad, and I couldn
