I had a very pleasant experience with Precision garage door. I had Jeremy as my Technician and he came out to see if my existing very old unit was compatible with a wireless remote. Once he determined it was not, he took the time to install a new unit, even though I did not schedule an install. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything about my new unit. He also took the time to sync my cars to the new unit. Finally, being a veteran myself, I found out Jeremy was a veteran and I always try to do business with companies who employ veterans!

This is my second service with this company. The first was the purchase of new springs for one of my doors and a keypad. This time was due to loud noise on one of my doors and a programo g mishap on a door. I must say this company‘s customer service is impeccable. They were able to assist me within a day or so! The two repair gentlemen that came were so nice, sweet, respectful, professional, and helpful!!! I can’t say enough positive things about them or this company on both occasions when I have needed their help!

First of all the newly installed garage door opener is so quiet i cannot believe it!! I love it, had no idea there was such a quiet opener Secondly (but of no less importance) William, who installed the door, was thourough, cleaned up and reviewed the product for me in detail he even programmed both cars> I would highly reccomend

I called 2 other companies and had to wait weeks for an appointment. Between the high price and rudeness before they would even show I canceled them. Lucky for me I found Precision Garage doors and Samantha got me a Saturday appointment 2 days later. Dave Z came out on time, inspected the door, explained the basic/not so basic door functions so I understood them and fixed the door. Wow!
