The precision garage door opener works great. I purchased it about 6 years ago and it's a workhorse for a heavy hurricane door. I've only needed service once because I lost the openers. My garage overhead door spring just broke yesterday. I called after-hours and the customer service representative quickly set up an appointment for a repair technician this afternoon. The service technician, Mike arrive on time and quickly went about his business. He quoted the repairs quickly and had excellent product knowledge. He completed the repairs in less than one hour.
